Really wanted to love it. The pics and sentiment are beautiful for a truck-obsessed son, but the book was actually hard to read. Stilted, almost rhymes in some places, but not quite. Seemed like there were words missing or it was a bad translation. Pics are gorgrous, please update with new words!!
My son loves trucks and loves looking at the pictures in this book. I find myself just making up descriptions on each page because the writing is terrible and barely makes sense. The first page was promising, but it quickly goes downhill from there. It's like stream of consciousness writing for toddlers. It's a bummer, because the illustrations are beautiful!
This book is a cute idea, but it's written very poorly and is not very creative. Even children's books should make a bit of sense.
Great little book for my 20 month grandson. Always wants to read it.
